Reporting to the warehouse manager, the Tool Repair Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical tools and equipment used by company electricians and field staff. This role ensures all tools are maintained in safe working conditions, minimizing downtime and supporting job site productivity.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical and battery tools, power tools, and related equipment.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on tools (e.g., drills, saws, testing devices, extension cords).
- Replace worn or defective parts tools when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and tool inventory.
- Report recurring tool issues or safety concerns to Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair area.
- Support distribution to field teams when required.
- Ensure all repairs meet company safety and quality standards.
- All other related tasks.
Required Skills:
- Experience in tool repair, electrical maintenance, or related trade.
- Certification in small tool repair or electrical maintenance.
- Previous experience in an electrical or construction environment.
- Knowledge of electrical and battery tools and their safe operation.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (for maintenance logs or repair tracking).
- Physically capable of lifting and handling tools and equipment.
- Teamwork oriented.
