Civil Engineer

We are looking for a passionate professional in civil engineering to join our team. You will have the opportunity to oversee detailed engineering, estimate costs, supervise construction sites, and manage project administration. Responsibilities:

• Oversee detailed civil engineering.
• Determine project needs and estimate costs.
• Define the scope of work and prepare project designs.
• Supervise engineering drawings and prepare plans and specifications.
• Prepare all tender documents and manage project start-up and follow-up.
• Supervise site inspectors and manage project administrative follow-up.

Skills Required:

• Member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec).
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent team collaboration skills and strong organizational sense.
• In-depth knowledge of standards and procedures for the design and monitoring of roadworks and municipal infrastructure.
• Proficiency in standards and procedures of the Ministry of Transport.
• Familiarity with AutoTurn, PCSWMM, AutoCAD, Epanet software (an asset).
• Experience in consulting engineering and in both municipal and private sectors.
