Pricing Structure

25% of annual salary over 12 months: Invoices are payable in full upon receipt, with the total amount spread over 12 equal monthly installments, due on the first of each month, along with a non-refundable deposit of 30%.

21% of annual salary with a 3-month satisfaction guarantee: Clients seeking a shorter commitment period can benefit from our 21% rate on annual salary, with full payment upon receipt of the invoice.
Terms and Guarantees
- Invoice and Payment: Fees will be invoiced on the first day of each month and are payable upon receipt of the final invoice.
- Placement Guarantee:
- For the 12-month plan at 25%: If a candidate leaves or is terminated within the first year, the employer is only charged for the months during which the candidate was employed.
- For the 3-month plan at 21%: If a candidate leaves or is terminated within the first 3 months, we commit to a free replacement.
- Non-Solicitation: For 12 months post-contract, we pledge not to solicit any employee of the employer we work with.
- Responsibility: We are not accountable for any losses, expenses, damages, delays, costs, or indemnities, whether direct or indirect, arising from negligence or intentional misconduct in our candidate search.
Please note that our services don’t include drug screening, medical examinations, or criminal background checks beyond our reference checks. We always recommend clients to conduct additional or more recent checks where deemed necessary.
