Your Role on Our Team:

As a Project Manager / Estimator, you will be a key player in managing and evaluating industrial projects. You will serve as the vital link between clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project success.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Industrial Project Estimation:

  • Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids.
  • Conduct on-site surveys as needed.
  • Research and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Project Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of work.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Address unforeseen challenges and optimize site efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector.
  • Education: DEC or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, estimation, construction management, or a related field.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods.
    • Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Procore, Excel, specialized tools).
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
