Your Role on Our Team:
As a Project Manager / Estimator, you will be a key player in managing and evaluating industrial projects. You will serve as the vital link between clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project success.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Industrial Project Estimation:
- Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids.
- Conduct on-site surveys as needed.
- Research and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of work.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Address unforeseen challenges and optimize site efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector.
- Education: DEC or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, estimation, construction management, or a related field.
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Procore, Excel, specialized tools).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
