Larouche Raymond Inc. records your activity inside this collaborator space: your sign-ins, the sections you open, referral forms started or submitted, and the opening of your agreement. This is part of the service; it is used to follow the business-development work set out in your agreement and to secure access to your space.
We are additionally asking your consent to record, only while your session is open, the pages of laroucheraymond.com that you visit. This is a technology that allows you to be identified and a browsing profile to be built. It stays deactivated unless you turn it on here.
Purposes: following the agreed business-development activity, computing your commissions, securing your space. No other purpose. Retention: 90 days in detail, then daily totals for 24 months, after which everything is destroyed. No IP address is kept for these pages. Disclosure: none — this information is not sold, not shared with any third party, not used for advertising, and no other collaborator can see it. Outside your session: the moment you sign out, or after 12 hours, your browsing becomes anonymous again, like any other visitor’s.

What is collected: the professional contact details of third parties, entered by the collaborator himself (name, company, title, work e-mail and phone), the business context he writes, and his own follow-up notes. No candidate name is collected here.
Why: to support the business-development work set out in the collaboration agreement, to compute the commissions attached to a referral, and to avoid the same client being approached twice.
Who can see it: the collaborator himself and Larouche Raymond Inc., nobody else. No other collaborator has access — the server only ever answers each collaborator about his own records. This information is not sold, not shared with any third party and not used for advertising.
How long: these records are business documents. A REFERRED record is kept with its referral file, for as long as the collaboration agreement and the commission rights attached to it run. A record NEVER REFERRED is deleted automatically after 36 months with no activity of any kind: the deletion date is announced in your own space at least 45 days beforehand, you can keep it with one click, and a deleted record can still be brought back for 30 days. You can also delete a record yourself at any time, or on request.
