When you apply on our website, we record with your application the channel you came from (for example LinkedIn, Indeed or a search engine), to measure how well our job postings perform. We do not keep the full address of the referring page or your IP address.
Identification of visiting companies (Apollo.io). With your consent, given in this site's cookie banner, we load a script from ZenLeads, Inc., doing business as Apollo.io (California, United States). The script sends Apollo the address of the page viewed, the referring page, campaign parameters, a random identifier specific to your browser (kept in its local storage) and your IP address, from which Apollo infers the company or organization that owns the network. We use this information only to identify the companies that visit our employer pages, so as to prioritize our business development; we do not use it to identify an individual. The script is loaded only on our employer pages (/vous-recrutez/, /chasse-de-tete-specialisee/, /en/hiring/ and /en/headhunting/, and their sub-pages): never on the home page, the job offers, the candidate pages, Le Radar, the contact page or the collaborators' space. This information is hosted and processed in the United States, outside Québec, by Apollo, which also acts on its own account: under its privacy policy (https://www.apollo.io/privacy-policy) and its data-processing addendum, Apollo may use this information to verify, enrich and grow its own business-contact database, made available to its other customers; Apollo keeps it as long as necessary for the purposes described and deletes it on request, subject to the exceptions in its policy. You may decline, or withdraw your consent at any time, through the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page: withdrawal erases the identifier kept in your browser and stops any further transmission from the next page on; a script already loaded on the current page stops at the next page load. Your consent is asked again after 13 months. A "Global Privacy Control" signal sent by your browser is treated as a refusal, unless you later accepted explicitly through the "Manage cookies" link. When you leave us a testimonial, we collect your name, your title, your rating, your text and, if you provide it, your email. A testimonial is only published with your consent and in the display form you chose; a testimonial marked private is never published and is read only by us. Your email is never displayed. You may request that your testimonial be changed or removed at any time by writing to elarouche@laroucheraymond.com; it is removed from the site within five business days. Private testimonials are kept for twenty-four months.
Larouche Raymond Inc. records your activity inside this collaborator space: your sign-ins, the sections you open, referral forms started or submitted, and the opening of your agreement. This is part of the service; it is used to follow the business-development work set out in your agreement and to secure access to your space.
We are additionally asking your consent to record, only while your session is open, the pages of laroucheraymond.com that you visit. This is a technology that allows you to be identified and a browsing profile to be built. It stays deactivated unless you turn it on here.
Purposes: following the agreed business-development activity, computing your commissions, securing your space. No other purpose. Retention: 90 days in detail, then daily totals for 24 months, after which everything is destroyed. No IP address is kept for these pages. Disclosure: none — this information is not sold, not shared with any third party, not used for advertising, and no other collaborator can see it. Outside your session: the moment you sign out, or after 12 hours, your browsing becomes anonymous again, like any other visitor’s.

What is collected: the professional contact details of third parties, entered by the collaborator himself (name, company, title, work e-mail and phone), the business context he writes, and his own follow-up notes. No candidate name is collected here.
Why: to support the business-development work set out in the collaboration agreement, to compute the commissions attached to a referral, and to avoid the same client being approached twice.
Who can see it: the collaborator himself and Larouche Raymond Inc., nobody else. No other collaborator has access — the server only ever answers each collaborator about his own records. This information is not sold, not shared with any third party and not used for advertising.
How long: these records are business documents. A REFERRED record is kept with its referral file, for as long as the collaboration agreement and the commission rights attached to it run. A record NEVER REFERRED is deleted automatically after 36 months with no activity of any kind: the deletion date is announced in your own space at least 45 days beforehand, you can keep it with one click, and a deleted record can still be brought back for 30 days. You can also delete a record yourself at any time, or on request.
