Summary
General Tasks and Responsibilities
The role will primarily focus on managing monthly tasks assigned by the plant controller, including, but not limited to:
- Inventory reconciliations
- Monthly management report
- Month-end closing procedures
- Reconciliation of production reports
- Analysis of production variances and identification of root causes
- Balance sheet analysis and reconciliations
- Monitoring investment projects
- Maintenance of bills of materials and process routes
- Product costing
Administrative Responsibilities
- Participate in the annual budgeting process.
- Support site internal audits for control compliance.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Contribute to and support efficient closing procedures.
- Attend meetings and calls.
- Support and contribute to the system integration project.
Human Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating a stimulating work environment focused on exchange, collaboration, consultation, and participation.
- Establish and maintain appropriate communication internally and externally with superiors, colleagues, users, and any collaborator within the company.

- Participate in the work improvement process.
- Suggest any modifications to procedures.
Skills Profile
Education and Experience:
- University degree in an appropriate discipline
- Member or CPA student
- One to three years of experience (preference in manufacturing)
- Bilingualism
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
