Your Role
Are you hands-on, curious, and passionate about assembling complex hydraulic systems? Join a team that designs and manufactures cutting-edge technological solutions for demanding industries! At our client, you will play a key role in the assembly, maintenance, and refurbishment of our precision hydraulic products.
Main Responsibilities
Assembly, Machining, and Installation (60%)
- Organize and sort received parts based on projects.
- Read plans, schematics, and procedures to assemble cylinders, HPUs, manifolds, etc.
- Assemble, adjust, and install prefabricated components according to MCS standards.
- Prepare material requisitions, record serial numbers, and nameplates.
- Perform mechanical operations: threading, adjustments, alignment.
- Machine certain parts, manufacture hydraulic hoses and tubes.
- Apply finishing paint using a spray gun.
- Test assembled systems according to internal standards and values.
Diagnosis and Repair (30%)
- Disassemble and assess equipment for repair.
- Collaborate in identifying parts to be replaced.
- Estimate required work time.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, calibration, and testing.
- Participate in preventive maintenance.
Other Activities (10%)
- Participate in deliveries or material pickups.
- Maintain workspace and tools.
- Provide occasional support to other departments.
Profile Sought
- DEP or DEC in industrial mechanics, mechanical assembly, or a related field.
- Experience in hydraulics or precision mechanical assembly (major asset).
- Ability to read technical plans with rigorous execution.
- Strong manual skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Forklift operator certification (asset) and valid driver’s license.
