Your Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our business, working closely with clients and internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver results. Your responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and engage high-potential industries and customers.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
    • Build long-term, trust-based relationships through regular client visits, calls, and follow-ups.
    • Analyze market trends to anticipate customer needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Client Engagement & Technical Solutions

    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive the best technical solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to showcase the value of our offerings.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement to final order placement and beyond.
    • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Quotation & Order Management

    • Process and manage technical and commercial quotations using dedicated quotation software.
    • Keep project statuses up to date and lead New Order Sheet meetings for smooth execution.
    • Participate in customer kick-off meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

    • Work closely with Marketing to develop client-focused materials and sales tools.
    • Engage with internal engineering, project management, and affiliate teams for technical and commercial support.
    • Provide insightful market feedback and reporting to refine sales strategies and business development efforts.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales expenses are managed within budget.
  • Maintain an active presence in the field, with the ability to travel extensively, including outside regular business hours.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a high-energy sales professional with the right mix of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field).
  • 3+ years of technical sales experience preferred.
