Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our internal teams to design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing our customer experience and driving sales growth. The Marketing Coordinator should have a solid understanding of key marketing concepts and tools and possess knowledge in multiple sectors. Experience with graphic design tools will be considered a significant asset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education, health, hospitality, retail, industrial, and mining sectors.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company’s website.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Use graphic design tools to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably in the industrial, education, health, hospitality, retail, or mining sectors.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing concepts and tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
