Your Role Within Our Team:
As a Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee various projects with a proactive approach and strong leadership. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive Project Management:
- From initiation to delivery, you will be the cornerstone of our operations.
- Client Relations:
- Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Planning and Supervision:
- Managing field teams, planning labor and equipment needs, coordinating subcontractors.
- Budget Monitoring:
- Controlling costs and schedules to ensure project financial success.
- Site Presence:
- Conducting regular site visits (Estrie, Montreal) to ensure smooth project progress.
Profile Sought:
- Experience in project management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing (particularly elastomeric, an asset).
- Technical skills: Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, familiarity with management software (Gextim, Procore, etc.).
- Leadership: You are autonomous, meticulous, and have an excellent sense of prioritization.
- Communication: You enjoy teamwork and can bridge communication between various stakeholders.
