Software Azure Cloud Sales Director (USA)

Join our fast-growing team as a Software Azure Cloud Sales Director, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud solutions and driving business growth. As an integral member of the leadership team, you will be at the forefront of fostering key relationships with industry-leading partners, such as Microsoft, while leading the charge in expanding our customer base and growing our service offerings.

From day one, you will report directly to the President, taking on the vital role of Sales Director with a broad scope of responsibilities that will allow you to leverage your expertise in both sales strategy and cloud technology. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our leadership team to influence strategic decision-making and help guide the company to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales management efforts and oversee customer account services, actively driving business development and revenue growth.
  • Design, develop, and present compelling proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and Azure Cloud capabilities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners in your territory, including Microsoft sales teams, to maximize business opportunities.
  • Play a key role in the development and mentoring of the sales team, contributing to the formation of innovative sales strategies and best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, offering insights to help shape the company’s corporate strategy and future direction.
  • Contribute to the evolution of service offerings, ensuring that we remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that support sales initiatives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements, ensuring best practices are implemented across sales and business development operations.
  • Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to client sites for on-site visits, which will make up approximately 10% of your working time.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in software sales with a strong focus on Azure Cloud solutions.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, such as Microsoft.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
