Pricing Structure
21% of the annual salary with a 4-month satisfaction guarantee
Benefit from our 21% rate on the annual salary, with full payment due upon invoice receipt. This plan includes a 4-month satisfaction guarantee.
Invoice and Payment
Service fees are issued on the first day of each month, in accordance with the contract terms. The total amount due is detailed on each monthly invoice, with payment expected upon receipt of the final invoice.
Placement Guarantee
If a recruited candidate leaves or is terminated within the first four months, we offer a free replacement. This guarantee allows you to recruit with confidence and maintain continuity with a qualified candidate.
Non-Solicitation and Responsibilities
We commit to not soliciting our clients’ employees for 12 months after the end of the contract. Additionally, our responsibility does not cover any losses or costs arising from negligence or errors in the recruitment process.
