Competitive 18% fee on the candidate’s annual gross salary, payable upon invoice receipt after start date. Includes a full 6-month replacement guarantee: free redo if the hire leaves or proves unsuitable.
Invoices for monthly service fees are issued on the 1st of each month, per the contract terms. The full amount is due upon receipt of the invoice.
If the recruited candidate leaves or is terminated (for any reason) within the first six months, we provide a full replacement search at no additional cost.
We commit to not soliciting or recruiting any of your employees for a period of 12 months following the termination of our contract.
