Client space — privacy notice
Larouche Raymond opens this space, by invitation only, to the people a client company names for a search mandate. This notice explains what the space holds and how it is protected, under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
What is kept
About you: your name, title, work e-mail, language, the mandates you were given access to, your sign-ins, your downloads and what you write in the space (notes, verdicts, decisions, files and links). About candidates: only what Larouche Raymond chose to share for the hiring decision — their name, current role and employer, city, stage in the process, their compensation when it is shared with you, and the documents published to you (CV, dossier, reports).
Why
To run the search mandate with you: share the shortlist and its documents, receive your feedback, and keep a record of who saw what and when.
For how long
Your access to a mandate ends 30 days after the mandate closes, and its documents are deleted from the site 60 days after closure, unless another period was agreed for that mandate. What you wrote in the space leaves the site with the mandate. If your access is removed, your sessions end within minutes, at the site’s next update. Your own account (name, e-mail, sign-in data) is deleted from the site when Larouche Raymond removes it. The access log is kept 12 months. Larouche Raymond keeps its own records under its usual retention rules.
Where
On the web host of laroucheraymond.com (GoDaddy), in a private folder that only this space can read, behind your password. Nothing in the space is indexed by search engines or cached.
Who sees what
You see only the mandates you were invited to. What you write is seen by Larouche Raymond and by the other people of your company who have access to that same mandate — never by another company, never by the candidates.
Confidentiality
The candidates’ documents are shared for your hiring decision only. Do not forward, copy or keep them outside the space, and do not contact a candidate except through Larouche Raymond.
